Low Impact Dumbbell Workout Program


Hello! I’m Rachel Steffensmeier, a certified personal trainer and co-founder of Subtle Impacts. I’m super excited to share our new program with you! You can use your decorative dumbbells for this workout program or your regular ones. I hope you’re looking at this program as an opportunity to stay on track with your wellness goals and get you in the habit of moving. 

This program was designed to get you moving with minimal equipment. You will only need one set of dumbbells. The workouts in this program are founded on the concept of progressive overload. So what does that mean? Progressive overload is the gradual increase in stress that you put on your body during training in order to increase strength and muscle mass. This means that each week, we will be building the muscles we worked the week prior. We will work the same five routines, but we will be adding new progressions each week.

Each week you will have 3 foundational workouts; lower body, upper body and full body. You will also have two bonus workouts available. This plan is a general fitness plan, not 1 on 1 coaching. This product is a digital download product. Due to the digital nature of the programs, there are no refunds. The goal of this program is to develop a habit of movement that is realistic for your life, so make sure you set a goal that works for you!
