Return & Store Policies
Hey there! Before purchasing with Subtle Impacts, please read our return policy!
*Please note that we can only handle product return/exchanges that were directly ordered from our website, subtleimpacts.com. If your Subtle Impacts products were purchased through another retailer, you will need to go directly through them to process your return/exchange.
All sales are final. Exceptions are made for defectives only. If your product arrives damaged or defective please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, within 5 days of delivery to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within five days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damaged/defected item with your email.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. These situations do not qualify for defects.
Please make notations and take pictures of any exterior damage to your package along with any other damage to your product.
Please allow up to 5-10 business days once we receive your return.
Hawaii/Alaska/Puerto Rico & PO Boxes
Please note all orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico will be subject to additional charges. We will send you an invoice once the order has been completed for additional shipping costs.

Currently we DO NOT ship internationally. We are American made, based in the Midwest and currently only ship in the USA. We know that’s a bummer, but as a small business that’s all we can handle at the moment!
