Exceptions are made for defective or damaged products only.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please email info@subtleimpacts.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include:
Your order number and the name on the order
A photo of the defective/damaged product
A photo of any packaging or exterior damage (if applicable)
If we are not notified within 5 days, the item will no longer qualify for return or replacement.
Color Variation Disclaimer
Exact colors may vary due to lighting, photography, and monitor settings. These variations are not defects.
Processing Time
Approved returns are processed within 5–10 business days once received.
Shipping Notes
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & PO Boxes
May incur additional charges.
